Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. There may be restocking charges for certain products, and some custom manufactured parts will be non-refundable.

Ours Re-stocking Charge is 25%

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at sales@mpimorheat.com with full details of the reason for returning the item to obtain an RMA number. 

Please note that you will be notified at this time of any restocking charges. 

Some custom manufactured products will not be returnable.

Products will have to be returned freight prepaid to:

International returns (outside Canada) will also require a commercial invoice on the outside of the box (for customs clearance) with the following info:
  1. Company Name and Address
  2. Part numbers of products with quantity, unit value and description
  3. Country of manufacture
  4. RMA Number
Note: all details will be provided when the RMA number is obtained from sales@mpimorheat.com.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mpimorheat.com.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less any restock charges.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product, with RMA number and copy of the receipt, to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
